BALANCE.D WELLBEING PROGRAM

Our BALANCE.D program teaches the science of behaviour change and the psychology of positive habit formation. The program is a series of 8 workshops where we cover one core pillar of wellbeing each workshop, the program can be taught weekly or bi-monthly.

Each workshop covers both the science and understanding of the core pillar of wellbeing, plus gives easy practical tools that any busy employee can integrate into their already busy schedules without having to feel like they need to dedicate more time. We include breakout rooms for discussion on key points that also facilitate team bonding.
