This website (wellbeingdaily.com) is provided by Wellbeing Daily Pte Ltd ('we' / 'us' / 'our'). In doing so, we may be in a position to receive and process personal information relating to you. As the controller of this information, we are providing this Privacy Policy ('Policy') to explain our approach to personal information. This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions which govern the use of this website.

We intend only to process personal information fairly and transparently as required by data protection law, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Before obtaining information from you, we will alert you to this Policy, explain how we intend to process your information, and only process it if you consent, unless processing is necessary for a lawful reason as outlined in Clause 2.

You may browse parts of this website without providing any personal information and without accepting cookies. In that case, it is unlikely we will possess or process any information relating to you.

3.1 At the point of collecting information, we will explain how we intend to use it and which lawful basis applies. Where we rely on consent, we will give you the opportunity to indicate your agreement before we proceed.

3.2 If at any point you change your mind, please let us know and we will stop processing your information in the specified manner, or delete your data if there is no continuing reason for retaining it.

  1. Special Categories of Personal Information

Certain information is considered to be in 'special categories' under data protection law and requires a higher level of protection, including information about health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, and similar sensitive attributes.

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information through this website is to manage business enquiries and contractual relationships. Where our assessment or survey services involve the collection of psychosocial or health-related data, this is conducted through our assessment platform and governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement with the relevant client organisation.

Note: Wellbeing Daily is currently seeking legal advice on whether psychosocial assessment data constitutes health data under GDPR Article 9. This clause will be updated accordingly.

Lawful basis: Necessary for the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in maintaining business correspondence.

• 5.2.1 Directly from you when you agree to take a service or product from us, including contact details and information relevant to our contract.

• 5.2.2 From you when you contact us with an enquiry or in response to a communication from us.

• 5.2.3 From documents that are publicly available.

Our current third-party data processors include PointerPro B.V., who provide the survey and assessment delivery platform through which our psychosocial risk assessments and diagnostic tools are delivered. When employees or individuals complete assessments through our platform, their survey responses are processed by PointerPro under their own privacy policy and data processing terms. Wellbeing Daily receives only anonymised and aggregated results.

• 6.2.2 Where it is necessary to share data with another data controller. We will inform you beforehand.

• 6.2.3 Where we consider it to be in your interest to send your information to a third party, and only with your agreement.


6.3 Where you give us personal information on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have provided them with the information set out in this Policy and that they have not objected.


6.4 We may allow other organisations to use personal information we hold about you in the following circumstances:

• 6.4.1 If our business or assets are acquired by a third party.

• 6.4.2 Where required for legal or regulatory purposes.

• 6.4.3 Where third parties perform functions on our behalf under strict contractual and data protection controls. Such parties may be located outside Singapore or the European Economic Area, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information remains protected.
