When people are burned out, mistakes multiply. When they thrive, performance improves. We help organisations in high-risk industries turn wellbeing into a measurable performance advantage.
Wellbeing isn't built in a single workshop or fixed with a wellness perk. It's built through daily habits, organisational systems, and strategic decision-making.
We work with high-risk industry companies to design wellbeing strategies that reduce errors, improve retention, and create cultures where people can perform at their best, safely and sustainably.
Our approach combines strategic consulting, science-backed training, and digital tools designed for the realities of high-risk work environments.
Wellbeing Daily was founded by Ian Collins after more than 15 years working across oil & gas, maritime, mining and other high-risk industries, supporting organisations to understand and reduce the likelihood of human error. Much of that work focused on coaching, education and prevention, working with leaders and teams to understand how everyday work is actually done, strengthen decision-making under pressure, and identify the organisational conditions that increase the likelihood of error.
Across different environments, the underlying patterns were remarkably consistent. Fatigue, cognitive overload, poorly designed work, and conflicting demands were shaping behaviour long before anything went wrong.
The most important question was rarely who failed, but why people made the decisions they did in the conditions they were working within. Over time, those same conditions took a personal toll. Years of sustained travel, high-pressure consulting and responsibility gradually led to burnout, not as a sudden event, but as the predictable outcome of prolonged exposure to the same systemic pressures seen in the field.
That experience sharpened a critical realisation. Most corporate wellbeing programs were focused almost exclusively on the individual - resilience, mindfulness, fitness benefits - without addressing the root causes embedded in how work is designed, how leaders lead, and how performance is expected under sustained pressure.
Wellbeing Daily was created to address that gap. Today, the work is about helping organisations move beyond reactive approaches and isolated initiatives, and towards wellbeing as a deliberate, strategic input into safety, performance and reliability, particularly in environments where the consequences of human error are significant.
We don't just deliver training and disappear. Wellbeing Daily partners with organisations through three integrated pillars:
Whether you need a full strategic wellbeing overhaul or targeted solutions for fatigue and stress management, we bring the methodology, the tools, and the industry expertise to make it work.
