Workplace Wellbeing Consulting That Drives Performance

Workplace Wellbeing Consulting That Drives Performance

Strategic consulting to diagnose and design your roadmap. Programs and coaching to build capability. Digital tools to reinforce it daily - even offshore.

Strategic Wellbeing Consulting: The Foundation

Strategic Wellbeing Consulting: The Foundation

Most organisations treat wellbeing as an afterthought. Disconnected programs. No measurement. No real impact. We take a different approach.

Our Strategic Wellbeing Consulting diagnoses what's actually driving wellbeing - or undermining it - in your organisation. Then we build a strategy that reduces risk, improves performance, and delivers measurable results.

What we deliver

Diagnostics

Employee wellbeing assessments, leadership interviews, and work design analysis to identify what's really happening in your organisation.

Strategy design

A customised wellbeing roadmap aligned with your business goals - addressing root causes, not symptoms.

Who it’s for

HR directors, safety leaders, and executives in high-risk industries who need a strategy, not just another wellness program.

The outcome

A wellbeing strategy that gets embedded into how work is designed, how people are led, and how your organisation functions.

Assessments & Insights: Measure What Matters

Assessments & Insights: Measure What Matters

You can't improve what you don't measure. Our wellbeing assessments identify risks before they become incidents and give you the data to make evidence-based decisions.

What we deliver

Employee wellbeing assessments

Confidential assessments across seven pillars - Sleep, Physical, Mental, Work, Self-care, Social, Life Joy. Employees get immediate personal results. You get anonymous dashboard reporting.

Organisational dashboards

Customisable by team, location, rank, or department. Identify trends, spot risks, and track changes over time.

Predictive insights

Data that flags fatigue, stress, and burnout risks early - helping you prevent errors, safety incidents, and turnover.

Who it’s for

Organisations that want visibility into workforce wellbeing and the data to focus efforts where they'll have the most impact.

The outcome

Clear visibility on what's working, what's not, and where to invest your resources.

Programmes & Workshops: Build Capability

Programmes & Workshops: Build Capability

Knowledge alone doesn't change behaviour. But when you combine evidence-based frameworks with practical, time-efficient tools, you get programs that actually stick.

Ready to build your wellbeing strategy?

The most effective approach combines all three: strategic consulting to diagnose risks, programs to build capability, and digital tools to support daily habits.

Which industries does Wellbeing Daily work with?

Wellbeing Daily works across all industries. The products and services apply wherever people work, from professional services and retail to healthcare and the public sector. The deepest specialism sits in safety-critical and high-risk operational environments: oil and gas, mining, construction, marine, renewable energy, manufacturing, and utilities. That focus shapes how the diagnostics and the BALANCED programme handle shift patterns, rotational crews, remote workforces, and the operational consequences of psychosocial risk.

What diagnostic tools does Wellbeing Daily use?

Three diagnostics work as a system. The Individual Wellbeing Assessment is a confidential self-assessment that scores each employee across seven dimensions of wellbeing and produces a personalised report. Anonymous aggregate data rolls up to an HR dashboard. The Six Drivers Organisational Diagnostic is a leadership-administered assessment of the organisational conditions that produce wellbeing outcomes, scored zero to one hundred on each of the Six Drivers, delivered as a written report with a twelve-month roadmap. The Psychosocial Risk Assessment is a clause-by-clause review against ISO 45003 that produces a psychosocial risk register and hazard-to-control matrix structured for audit, tender, and board reporting. Each instrument can stand alone or layer with the others to build an auditable picture of human risk and human performance.

What is the BALANCED programme?

BALANCED is the flagship workshop programme. Eight modules cover the seven dimensions of wellbeing, sleep, physical, mental, work, self-care, social, and life-joy, plus the practice of building sustainable habits in each area. Sessions are delivered in formats that fit shift patterns and crew rotations: in person on site, online, or as a blended sequence across a roster cycle. The programme builds individual capability while diagnostic work addresses organisational system risk in parallel.

How is the methodology different from generic wellness providers?

The methodology applies Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) principles and aligns to ISO 45003. The system is held accountable, not the worker. Every intervention ties to a measurable operational outcome: incident rate, retention, unplanned absence, quality, or production loss. There are no posters, no fruit bowls, and no resilience workshops sold as a fix for system failure.

How do we get started?

Most engagements begin with a scoping call followed by a diagnostic. The diagnostic produces a maturity map and a prioritised action plan within four to six weeks. From there, the BALANCED programme, leadership development, or targeted system interventions are sequenced based on risk and operational readiness. Contact us through the form on the website or email hello@wellbeingdaily.com.

How long does a typical engagement run?

A diagnostic and initial action plan takes four to six weeks. A full BALANCED rollout across a workforce typically runs six to twelve months, depending on site count, shift coverage, and crew size. Sustained shift in the Six Drivers usually requires a two to three year horizon, supported by quarterly reviews and re-diagnosis at twelve and twenty-four months.

Does the work comply with ISO 45003?

Yes. The diagnostic tools, the Six Drivers framework, and the BALANCED programme map directly to ISO 45003 requirements. Organisations pursuing certification or audit readiness can use the outputs as evidence of psychosocial risk identification, control, monitoring, and review.

Who inside an organisation usually owns this work?

HSE leads, Operations Directors, and senior HR partners are the primary stakeholders. The work sits alongside safety management rather than below it. Joint ownership across HSE, Operations, and HR delivers the strongest results, particularly on sites with rotational or remote crews where competing reporting lines often dilute single-function programmes.

What outcomes can we expect?

Outcomes are measured against operational metrics, not engagement scores. Clients track changes in incident frequency, near-miss reporting, unplanned absence, voluntary attrition in safety-critical roles, and rework or quality variance. PRMS maturity band improvements typically appear within twelve months. Operational metrics shift over the following twelve to twenty-four months as the system changes hold.
